Gigabyte M912 Specs
During the 2008 Computex in Taiwan, Gigabyte is set to official unveil their new M912 netbook. Gigabyte’s entry into the netbook category has the specs to be taken seriously:
- XP, Vista or Ubuntu Linux
- 1.6GHz Atom CPU
- 1GB Max RAM
- 8.9” screen at 1280×768, w/Touch screen, LED Backlight, as 180° rotation angle (Turns clockwise only)
- Intel 945GSE Chipset
- 802.11 b/g wireless
- 120/160/250GB SATA HD
- Built-in 1.3M pixel webcam
- Two 1.5 watt speakers
What really sets the M912 apart from the other netbooks, is its touch screen that also rotates. This will probably drive the price up a little bit, but is still said to be affordable.
